Results from the 2024 PostdocNet Survey are now available

The report by the Survey Working Group summarizes results obtained from 872 postdocs at 74 Max Planck Institutes.

The survey was conducted between June and August of 2024, and included questions on seven main topic areas: Demographics, Mental Well-Being, Immigration and Academic Mobility, Parenting, Working Conditions, Career Development, and Work Atmosphere. Thank you to the Survey Working Group for the immense amount of hard work that went into collecting, analyzing, and presenting these data!
