4 March 2026	Meeting of the Planck Academy Advisory Board	Regular meeting of the Planck Academy Advisory Board to evaluate and improve the program.
5 March 2026	Discussion with the Bundesministerium für Forschung, Technologie und Raumfahrt (BMFTR; Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space) on the WissZeitVG BMFTR in Berlin	Together with those of the Helmholz and Leibniz Postdoc Networks, the PostdocNet Steering Group has been invited to contribute to the discussion on the revision of the WissZeitVG. We will present a joint statement representing the shared voices of our communities and other ERC organizations across Germany.
12-13 March 2026	1st German Postdoc Network Conference at the Helmholtz Center Munich	The German Postdoc Network (GPN) organizes the 1st GPN Annual Conference with the purpose of fostering conversations and exchanges, and to strengthening ollaboration between postdoc networks.
18 March 2026	Podium Discussion at the MPG Works Council in Dresden	In our annual Podium discussion, we will join efforts with the Works Council of the MPG to find and implement actionable solutions to improve the conditions of MPG postdocs.

18 February 2026	Scientific Staff Sections Representatives Preliminary Meetings in Berlin	The PostdocNet Section Representatives met their respective Staff Representative Section Meetings the day before their annual meeting to discuss topics of interest and relevance to the postdocs in each section.
5-6 February 2026	Onboarding meeting at MPG Headquarters in Munich	The new Steering Group met with last year’s Steering Group in Munich to receive information on ongoing PostdocNet projects and advice for a successful term.
22 January 2026	Introductory meeting with President Cramer and MPG Presidential Office	The new Steering Group of PostdocNet met the MPG President to introduce our vision and commitment and with the purpose of establishing a constructive and forward-looking collaboration between PostdocNet and the Max Planck Society, advancing research quality, talent development, and institutional excellence.
